Senior Associate, Enterprise Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis of enterprise data to uncover trends, risks, performance drivers, and business opportunities.

• Create dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI frameworks utilizing contemporary BI and analytics platforms.

• Convert business requirements into analytical models, metrics, and reporting solutions.

• Handle both structured and unstructured data from various enterprise systems and data sources.

• Assist in enterprise intelligence initiatives, encompassing executive reporting, operational analytics, and strategic decision support.

• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance analytics productivity, insight generation, and reporting processes.

• Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to provide high-value analytical solutions.

• Execute data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate reporting.

• Generate clear documentation, presentations, and client-facing materials.

• Engage in requirements gathering, workshops, solution design discussions, and project planning activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, enterprise reporting, consulting, or related disciplines.

• Strong expertise in SQL and data analysis methodologies.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other similar BI and visualization tools.

• Experience with enterprise data warehouses, cloud analytics platforms, or modern data ecosystems.

• Capability to translate business inquiries into analytical strategies and actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage directly with clients and business stakeholders.

• Background in developing KPIs, metrics frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance reporting.

• High attention to detail and structured problem-solving abilities.

• Must be proficient in English.

• Preference for experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or advanced analytics techniques.

• Ideal candidates will have knowledge of Python, data modeling, semantic layers, or contemporary analytics engineering concepts.

• Preferred familiarity with enterprise data governance, data quality, and information management practices.

• Cloud or platform certifications from any major provider are highly regarded.
