Senior Associate, Digital Consulting – Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the functional design and configuration for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations concentrating on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) for clients in Higher Education.

• Oversee Oracle Cloud implementation projects through various stages including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live support.

• Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to establish comprehensive end-to-end designs.

• Conduct client workshops and document business requirements effectively.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and convert requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Assist in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment readiness activities.

• Collect and document current-state processes alongside future-state solution designs.

• Lead client-facing project or work-stream initiatives, project management efforts, extensive data analysis, and prepare client-ready presentations.

• Mentor Analysts and Coachees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in analyzing requirements, drafting functional specifications, conducting testing, and collaborating with business users.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations, including configuration, testing, and client-facing delivery tasks.

• Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for clients in Higher Education is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities to convert information from meetings into clear documentation.

• Capability to take ownership of project workstreams through self-discipline in planning and organizing tasks with minimal supervision.

• Eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.

• Exceptional attention to detail, complemented by a quality-focused mindset.

• Readiness to travel up to 50% as necessary to collaborate with clients or other internal project teams.
