Senior Associate, DFS Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture strategic partnerships with top retailers and e-commerce logistics companies.

• Drive growth and efficiency initiatives collaboratively with partners across e-commerce and supply chain sectors.

• Facilitate quarterly business reviews and coordinate joint business planning sessions.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the business, partners, and customer base.

• Anticipate partner and customer needs by evaluating data, feedback, patterns, and trends.

• Act as a liaison between partners and DoorDash leadership, as well as product, legal, operations, and logistics teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, e-commerce, partner management, or a related field.

• Proven history of spearheading initiatives and achieving strategic goals.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to both external and internal audiences.

• Aptitude for thriving in cross-functional settings and addressing ambiguous challenges.

• Data-driven mindset for problem-solving and prioritization.

• Strong analytical skills and business insight.

• Proficiency with P&Ls and managing large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.

• Experience in managing multiple deadlines, reporting progress, and keeping stakeholders updated.
