Senior Associate, Client Reporting Platform Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work in conjunction with the Technical Product Owner to facilitate the development and execution of platform enhancements within Addepar.

• Collect, document, and refine both business and technical requirements for new features and improvements.

• Produce clear and detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows.

• Create training materials and user guides to foster adoption among internal teams.

• Support QA testing activities, which include developing test cases, executing tests, and validating enhancements prior to their release.

• Assist in release management and deployment efforts to ensure seamless implementation with minimal disruption to users.

• Serve as a point of contact between business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams.

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance platform functionality, efficiency, and user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in administering or working with Addepar and/or in product management, platform enablement, or business analysis.

• Knowledge of QA/testing methodologies, including the creation and execution of test cases.

• Understanding of wealth management, financial services, or RIA environments.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and strong documentation abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A collaborative attitude with robust stakeholder management skills.
