Senior Associate, Business Operations – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Act as the analytical resource for an integrated business unit focusing on growth marketing, product innovation, AI and automation, or strategic alliances.

• Identify the business inquiries and decisions that the analyses should tackle.

• Establish metrics and create comprehensive reports.

• Conduct analyses and design experiments.

• Highlight data insights that enhance critical business metrics.

• Provide recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations teams.

• Clarify the current situation, explain the reasons behind it, and suggest the next steps.

• Lead initiatives and oversee execution from start to finish.

• Advance significant initiatives across product, growth, technology, and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in extracting, structuring, and interpreting data independently.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and delivering impactful results.

• Excellent and persuasive communication skills.

• Ability to influence decisions at the executive level.

• Familiarity with SQL or Python.

• Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
