Project Manager, Public Sector and Credit Operations (Business Ownership/MOA)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collect and assess the needs of business teams.

• Establish functional solutions and aid in their planning.

• Create specifications and project tracking documentation.

• Coordinate functional acceptance testing and oversee defect management.

• Organize and facilitate project governance meetings.

• Evaluate and prioritize change requests.

• Engage in corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities.

• Ensure alignment of solutions with user requirements.

• Offer functional support and assist in resolving incidents.

• Help maintain the operational status of applications.

• Track service levels, budgets, risks, and timelines.

• Generate regular reports for relevant management personnel.

• Serve as a primary liaison among business teams, technical teams, and Sfil’s partners.

• Contribute to the advancement of customer relationship management tools, commercial offerings, and credit operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in a scientific or IT-related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business ownership/project management (MOA).

• Experience in banking or credit management is preferred.

• Strong expertise in requirements analysis and IT project scoping.

• Proficient in writing functional specifications.

• Skilled in preparing and executing user acceptance testing.

• Experienced in defect tracking and coordinating with stakeholders.

• Proficient in project management methodologies, especially Agile and the V-Model.

• Excellent meeting facilitation and reporting abilities.

• Familiarity with the SAB banking software package is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, analytical, and capable of communicating with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate within a team and manage projects in complex environments.
