Business Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead impactful, strategy-oriented projects throughout the organization.

• Take ownership of Chef Marketing initiatives, which includes measuring outcomes, tracking performance, calculating chef-driven volume, and determining associated charges.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions and help develop Chef Marketing tools and programs.

• Evaluate chef performance metrics to uncover growth potential and enhance chef competitiveness.

• Oversee and support company-level OKRs.

• Collaborate with teams in Growth, Analytics, Product, Brand, and Chef Ops.

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Chef Marketing initiatives.

• Assist with research, presentations, and documentation for strategic projects led by the BizOps leadership team.

• Act as an internal consultant, aiding management in setting and achieving objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in areas such as value proposition, strategy, funding, technology, operations, branding, GTM, or building effective leadership teams.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to develop innovative and efficient solutions.

• Knowledge of corporate finance to create high-level business cases and assess the impact of initiatives.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Consulting experience is an advantage.
