Senior Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Efficiently process company invoices in a timely manner.

• Analyze invoices to confirm that entries are accurately coded and recorded within the designated time frame.

• Manage vendor setup within the Accounts Payable (AP) module and related systems by engaging with department heads and vendors to collect necessary information.

• Maintain communication with vendors and resolve outstanding issues promptly through phone and email.

• Oversee payments and invoices that are processed outside the standard AP system.

• Assist in organizing payments, which includes identifying and documenting fixed asset expenditures and executing various initiatives.

• Collaborate regularly with the Accounting Manager and team to promote ongoing process improvements.

• Reconcile the AP Aging with general ledger details on a monthly basis.

• Ensure that entries are coded with the correct currency.

• Foster strong relationships with the finance team to effectively manage cash flow forecasting.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable processing (preferably within consumer goods brands).

• Bachelor's degree focused on accounting or business.

• Proven experience with automated Accounts Payable systems (such as Bill.com).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).

• Relevant experience with 3-way match processes (inventory bills).

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries.

• Experience in the consumer products industry is strongly preferred.
