Senior Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engage in the entire range of commercial real estate valuation.

• Provide extensive real estate valuation services, which include traditional appraisal reports, market studies, feasibility analysis, and strategic consulting across multiple service lines.

• Interact with a diverse clientele while offering a comprehensive suite of real estate valuation services.

• Work collaboratively with both colleagues and clients.

• Tackle complex and intricate problems.

• Execute tasks and eliminate barriers to achieve outstanding results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Possession of a Certified General Appraiser license.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal.

• Proficient in the MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

• Willingness to collaborate in a team setting, sharing pertinent information with both colleagues and clients.

• Proactive in problem-solving and removing hurdles.

• Proven track record of follow-through and task completion.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a keen sense of observance.

• Capability to understand, analyze, and interpret complex documentation.
