This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Create, develop, and execute AI-driven features aimed at enhancing patient engagement, care coordination, claims management, and operational efficiency.
β’ Utilize Claude Code and associated AI development tools to construct, test, troubleshoot, and sustain full-stack software products.
β’ Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, engineers, and clinical stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions.
β’ Build APIs, backend services, automation pipelines, and LLM integrations.
β’ Implement software engineering, DevOps, and MLOps practices for testing, deployment, monitoring, security, and performance enhancement.
β’ Assess emerging AI technologies and various implementation strategies.
β’ Assume additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support team goals and project success.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or full-stack application development.
β’ Proven expertise in using Claude Code to create functional software products, including feature implementation, code debugging, and result validation.
β’ Proficient in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
β’ Experience in developing frontend components, backend services, and APIs.
β’ Practical experience integrating LLMs into applications via APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, generative AI workflows, or retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capable of reviewing AI-generated code for accuracy, security, maintainability, and test coverage.
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
β’ Ability to work independently, manage uncertainty, and contribute effectively in a remote Agile environment.
β’ U.S. Citizenship is required.
β’ Must successfully pass a background check.
β’ Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including the necessary fingerprinting, when required.
β’ Must reside within the continental U.S.

β’ Additional qualifications include experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines; Cursor, Codex, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, or AI orchestration frameworks; deployed AI applications; or technology initiatives within healthcare, payer/provider sectors, federal government, or the Department of Veterans Affairs.
