Senior Application Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and resolve daily customer support inquiries across the EMEA and UK regions.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for intricate issues and escalations.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to fellow team members.

• Conduct training sessions and promote the development of team knowledge.

• Manage escalations to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

• Handle both first-line and advanced support roles within a flat team structure.

• Balance operational support delivery with mentoring and enhancing processes.

• Participate in special projects and continuous process improvements.

• Engage with Unit4 ERP and ERPx through a rotational program.

• Assist customers using the Unit4 ERP platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (mandatory), preferably in financial modules.

• Basic SQL competencies (querying, troubleshooting).

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capability to manage standard support cases alongside complex escalations.

• Willingness to travel to the Wrocław office 2–3 times annually.

• Advanced SQL skills (beneficial).

• Experience in mentoring or coaching colleagues (beneficial).

• Previous training delivery experience (beneficial).

• Background in handling escalations within a support environment (beneficial).

• May require security clearance and background checks for customer projects and sensitive data.
