This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and maintain scripts, APIs, and workflow automations for collaboration tools and identity platforms.
• Create lightweight services and integrations to connect collaboration tools, GenAI tools, and internal systems.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and observability for automation and AI workflows.
• Diagnose issues and enhance reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist with secure onboarding, off-boarding, and movement workflows across access, permissions, and SaaS tools.
• Work in conjunction with IT, Security, and People teams to incorporate identity, data, and compliance standards through automation.
• Engage in AI and productivity capability pilots, incorporating LLMs and agents while tracking usage and adoption metrics.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation of workflows and agents, and the creation of reusable integration templates.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to modernize workplace systems utilizing scalable architecture, API-first design, and agentic workflows.
• 4–6 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or workplace technology development, with an emphasis on automation or scripting.
• Proficient in one or more of the following: Java, Go, Python, JavaScript/Apps Script, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian tools.
• An interest in agentic/AI workflows, LLMs, agents, and prompt pipelines.
• Understanding of IAM/SSO concepts, including Okta, SAML, OIDC, or SCIM, or a willingness to develop knowledge in this domain.
• Experience or curiosity regarding CI/CD, workflow orchestration, and self-service delivery models.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities.
• Capacity to work with non-technical partners and translate automation into operational efficiencies.
• A desire to build and responsibly integrate agentic flows into workplace systems.
