This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for essential business applications, including Aderant Billing and Time, Interaction CRM, iManage Work, and iManage Records Management.
• Manage application configuration, access, and support tasks across both production and testing environments.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Client Practice Development, Records, and other business units.
• Provide advanced application support, resolve complex issues, and coordinate solutions.
• Plan and facilitate application upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployments, and ongoing maintenance.
• Work alongside Application Engineers and IT teams on configuration modifications, application client deployments, and new feature rollouts.
• Maintain integrations between enterprise applications and associated technology platforms.
• Oversee document management, records management, access controls, ethical walls, and information security protocols.
• Supervise application security and governance procedures.
• Coordinate document migration, import/export processes, and information management projects.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and software vendors.
• Assess emerging technologies and contribute to technology projects, implementations, and strategic initiatives.
• Engage in incident response and operational support to preserve critical business functions.
• Proven experience in supporting and administering enterprise applications within a corporate, legal, or professional services setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server, and enterprise application ecosystems.
• Experience in supporting both front-end user interfaces and back-end technologies for mission-critical systems.
• Familiarity with application databases, scripting, SQL, PowerShell, Microsoft 365, endpoint security solutions, Microsoft Intune, software deployment tools, and configuration management platforms.
• Practical understanding of application administration, software deployment, configuration management, endpoint security, and troubleshooting in Windows environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, adjust to evolving business needs, and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
• Robust customer service orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with peers and Firm leadership.
• Sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field is required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• An Associate degree in a technology-related field combined with five or more years of applicable professional experience may be accepted as an alternative.
• Microsoft certifications, such as MCSE or similar Microsoft technology certifications, are preferred.
• iManage Cloud Engineer or related iManage certifications are preferred.
