• Oversee technical application support for clients, converting requirements into effective product and process solutions.

• Diagnose application, product, and process challenges and propose corrective measures.

• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Operations, Quality, and clients to innovate and bring solutions to market.

• Execute product trials, assess outcomes, and convert technical insights into practical recommendations.

• Discover avenues for enhancing product performance, broadening applications, and aiding new business initiatives.

• Offer expert guidance on product selection, processing, and efficacy.

• Travel up to 30%, including international trips, to client locations, manufacturing sites, and industry events.

• A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, technical service, or a similar customer-facing position.

• Proficient in Salesforce, with Administrator experience preferred.

• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building capabilities.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively across Sales, R&D, Operations, Quality, and other departments.

• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; strong Excel skills are essential.

• Proven track record of ownership, accountability, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
