Senior Application Advisor – Epic Cadence

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead the AMS Access team, primarily responsible for Epic Cadence and Referrals.

β€’ Collaborate with the Prelude/RTE App Lead to align priorities, manage workload, and ensure overall team delivery within the Access portfolio.

β€’ Supervise and assist approximately 14 team members across Prelude, Cadence, RTE, and Referrals.

β€’ Provide expert-level support and guidance in Epic Cadence and Referrals.

β€’ Address incidents, service requests, full-cycle Epic upgrades, application maintenance and optimization, as well as projects requiring under 80 hours of effort.

β€’ Organize, prioritize, and allocate tasks based on client requirements, team capabilities, and individual expertise.

β€’ Mentor team members by offering technical and professional advice.

β€’ Identify risks, dependencies, workflow issues, and opportunities for improvement.

β€’ Maintain communication with team members, Cardamom leadership, and client stakeholders.

β€’ Engage in troubleshooting, solution design, implementation, testing, and ongoing support.

β€’ Promote a collaborative, accountable, and supportive team culture.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Current Epic Cadence certification is mandatory.

β€’ Extensive hands-on experience with Epic Cadence, including build, maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, and upgrade support.

β€’ Strong preference for candidates with experience in Epic Referrals.

β€’ Preferred previous experience as an Application Lead, Team Lead, Architect, or in a similar leadership capacity.

β€’ Experience supporting an Epic application within an AMS, managed services, or ongoing production-support environment is desirable.

β€’ Proven ability to mentor and support fellow analysts.

β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

β€’ Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining visibility across a busy application team.

β€’ Proactive and willing to take ownership without waiting for direction.

β€’ Strong client-facing skills with the ability to cultivate trusted relationships with technical and operational stakeholders.

β€’ Ability to balance leadership duties with hands-on application responsibilities.

β€’ Flexibility to work outside of standard hours based on client needs.

β€’ Willingness to participate in weekend and after-hours on-call rotations.
