Senior Analytics & Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop reports, insights, and analytics that support the division.

• Generate report and analysis specifications tailored to business requirements.

• Offer consultation to users and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve divisional challenges.

• Create datasets and reports for analysis utilizing system reporting tools.

• Conduct research and assist in analyzing data pertaining to strategic initiatives and wider research demands.

• Act as a liaison between the business and divisional data teams to produce actionable analysis and reporting tools.

• Collaborate closely with customers to foster relationships and enhance understanding of divisional data.

• Evaluate intricate business problems using both internal and external data sources.

• Deliver insights to key decision-makers.

• Identify and interpret trends and patterns within datasets.

• Construct PowerPoint presentations based on available data.

• Present findings to team members across all levels and partner divisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree along with 2 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting, or 4 years of experience in the same field.

• Assess possible solutions utilizing standard procedures to address routine or basic issues.

• Apply best practices and knowledge of internal or external business matters to enhance products or services.

• Resolve complex problems with appropriate guidance.

• Generate datasets and reports using SQL, Excel, or other reporting tools.

• Ensure report accuracy and provide valuable insights.

• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Teradata, or other reporting tools/languages.

• Experience working with both internal and external data.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with Quest systems is highly preferred.

• Knowledge and/or experience with Managed Care Organizations (MCO) is highly preferred.

• Educational background in mathematics, economics, or statistics.

• Experience with network adequacy.

• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and the full MS Suite.
