Senior Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Become a member of the Professional Services data pipeline team, dedicated to supporting all Blip clients.

• Convert substantial amounts of raw data into trustworthy, well-structured, and actionable datasets.

• Construct and manage scalable data pipelines to maintain a steady and reliable flow of information.

• Develop PySpark routines for processing large datasets.

• Design databases by implementing business rules to create single sources of truth.

• Create and improve Power BI dashboards and semantic models.

• Perform data quality and governance tests to ensure the integrity of databases.

• Use version control for code, scripts, and dashboards within repositories.

• Utilize basic statistics to validate results and prepare structured datasets.

• Collaborate with analytics teams to convert technical requirements into practical solutions.

• Facilitate business decisions through the application of artificial intelligence and statistics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in PySpark development.

• Proficient in creating and maintaining analytical views within Power BI.

• Experience in building, managing, and orchestrating data pipelines.

• Familiarity with version control for code and analytical assets in repository-based setups.

• Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

• Knowledge of basic statistics for sample preparation and validation.

• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

• Ability to convey technical concepts to stakeholders from various fields.

• Proficient in technical reading and writing in English.

• Nice to have: experience with GCP; experience using AI to enrich datasets; proficiency in Spanish.
