This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of a customer workstream or Command Center Tile configuration, from identifying problems to achieving measurable outcomes post-production.
• Analyze complex customer issues by structuring them, identifying root causes, defining KPIs and success metrics, and guiding stakeholders towards consensus.
• Facilitate sessions for solution design and configuration, document decisions made, and suggest improvements in workflow, configuration, coaching, or product features.
• Collect, validate, integrate, analyze, and synthesize data from various sources.
• Produce analyses and visualizations that convert intricate findings into stories that drive decision-making.
• Create analytical use cases, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, data specifications, and feature suggestions.
• Oversee product stories, defects, testing, technical issue resolution, and data validation alongside Product and Engineering teams.
• Organize and implement customer-facing workstreams or Tile configurations through production, ensuring milestones, dependencies, testing, activation, risk management, and quality delivery.
• Cultivate relationships with client stakeholders at the manager and director levels, acting as the main point of contact for the assigned workstream.
• Prepare analyses, specifications, status updates, recommendations, and presentation materials suitable for clients and executives.
• Promote product adoption by affirming analytics, coaching users, and facilitating ongoing usage.
• Identify client needs, delivery risks, product potentials, and improvement opportunities through governance channels.
• Assist in Digital Twin delivery by executing scenarios on validated models and contributing to the validation of these models.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Share reusable analyses, specifications, best practices, and lessons learned across various programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Health Sciences, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in healthcare analytics, technical consulting, product delivery, healthcare software implementation, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven ability to independently analyze complex datasets, conduct root-cause analysis, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Practical experience with SQL, including joining datasets, validating data, and investigating data quality or product-related issues.
• Experience in converting business needs into functional requirements, analytical use cases, data specifications, user stories, or acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with the full lifecycle of analytics or software products, including requirements gathering, design, testing, defect management, release, activation, and user feedback.
• Capability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and operational requirements to technical teams.
• Demonstrated skills in client-facing facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentations.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking dependencies, managing scope, mitigating risks, and consistently delivering high-quality work.
• Willingness to travel regularly, up to 70%, to client locations as required.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a quantitative, technical, healthcare, or business field.
• Preferred: Experience in acute-care hospital operations, patient flow, access, capacity management, clinical workflows, or healthcare informatics.
• Preferred: Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, APIs, or EHR/EMR systems.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: Experience with Agile product delivery tools and methodologies, including Rally or similar tools.
• Preferred: Working knowledge of Postman, HL7 viewers, database clients, secure remote-access tools, or similar utilities.
• Preferred: Formal training or practical experience in structured problem-solving, process improvement, change management, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
