Senior Analytics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Drive the creation of sophisticated visual insights and reports for executive presentations and client deliverables.

• Lead discussions and presentations with clients and business leaders.

• Convert technical findings into actionable business recommendations.

• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business priorities.

• Proactively identify and address issues efficiently.

• Mentor junior and intermediate team members.

• Conduct advanced training sessions and encourage collaboration.

• Participate in data strategy discussions and help establish key performance metrics.

• Provide guidance to clients and internal teams regarding analytics strategy and implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and deliver impactful insights.

• Experience in client engagement and the delivery of actionable outcomes.

• Project management experience.

• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare and affordability sector.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

• Advanced skills in SQL query development, optimization, and maintenance (Required).

• Experience with BI tools for creating interactive dashboards (Required).

• Proficient in data visualization techniques (Required).

• Knowledge of statistical methods, including correlation analysis and variance analysis (Required).

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Adherence to SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA compliance requirements.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
