Senior Analyst – Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Support comprehensive sourcing initiatives across a variety of indirect spend categories, including SaaS, software licensing, IT services, professional services, marketing, facilities, and corporate services.

• Coordinate RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) utilizing the Coupa Sourcing Module or tailored frameworks as instructed by the Sourcing Lead.

• Collect, organize, and verify vendor submissions for thoroughness and comparability.

• Maintain evaluation spreadsheets, pricing models, and commercial comparison tools.

• Conduct should-cost analyses and breakdowns of cost structures to bolster negotiation strategies.

• Gather market benchmarking information and competitive pricing insights from both domestic and international vendors.

• Execute spend analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for savings.

• Assist in category reviews by creating spend category reports, supplier landscape overviews, vendor concentration assessments, and contract expiration profiles to aid the Sourcing Lead’s category planning.

• Review vendor agreements (MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, Amendments) to pinpoint key commercial terms, deviations, and areas needing the Sourcing Lead’s focus.

• Facilitate commercial negotiations by preparing data packages, discussion points, and scenario analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.

• Experience across indirect spend categories, with a strong preference for SaaS and software licensing experience.

• Background in a global technology firm or shared services setting is advantageous.

• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is preferred but not a requirement.
