Senior Analyst, Production Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, track, monitor, and manage membership levels within designated territories.

• Formulate and assist in executing production plans for assigned clients, collaborating with Customer Success.

• Partner with Operations to set client objectives and devise as well as implement provider plans.

• Anticipate staffing requirements in assigned areas and provide recommendations in collaboration with Recruiting.

• Generate, maintain, and present reports to leadership.

• Relay key insights and findings to Operations leadership.

• Discuss overall production trends and client-specific metrics.

• Monitor performance KPIs for assigned health plan partners, including production and client comparisons.

• Respond swiftly to inquiries.

• Synthesize complex analyses into straightforward, consumable content to drive change through data.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant prior experience.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in stakeholder management.

• Proficient in using Excel.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adjust to evolving business conditions.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Previous experience with Power BI is preferred.
