Senior Analyst – Government Indirect Rates, Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the comprehensive indirect rate procedure across two legal entities.

• Ensure that submissions to the government are precise, justifiable, and ready for audit.

• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and consultants.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Human Resources, and Operations.

• Foster sustainable improvements to processes and controls that support government contracting requirements.

• Navigate intricate regulatory frameworks.

• Work autonomously and communicate effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline — or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in government accounting or government cost reporting.

• At least 8 years of experience in financial accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or a related finance function.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and enhancing indirect rate processes within a government contracting context.

• Solid understanding of FAR, CAS, and associated regulations.

• Experience working directly with DCAA, DOE, DCMA, or other U.S. government entities in an audit or compliance setting.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including complex financial modeling, pivot tables, and analysis of large datasets.

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion.

• Professional certifications like CPA or CMA are preferred.

• Capability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screen, if applicable.
