Senior Analyst, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary finance leader for BridgeCare, NAPA’s locum tenens staffing division.

• Take ownership of placement tracking and margin analysis for BridgeCare’s locum tenens portfolio.

• Oversee bill rate and pay rate disparities by assignment and specialty, identifying margin loss and pricing opportunities.

• Develop and uphold BridgeCare’s monthly Profit and Loss statement and reconcile it with source placement data.

• Generate monthly and on-demand financial reviews for the Director of BridgeCare and Corporate FP&A.

• Manage BridgeCare’s revenue and placement forecasts, stress-testing assumptions with the Director of BridgeCare.

• Collaborate with Business Development Finance Managers on sales and placement pipeline activities.

• Assist in deal and rate economics for new facility partnerships and potential placements.

• Contribute to strategic planning efforts, including market and specialty growth, competitive analysis, and scenario planning.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses for BridgeCare and Corporate Finance leadership.

• Serve as BridgeCare’s finance liaison with Corporate FP&A, Corporate Accounting, and Business Development.

• Utilize Claude and ChatGPT to streamline recurring reporting and enhance analysis and communication.

• Provide actionable analyses, reporting, and Adaptive Insights for the Corporate FP&A team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

• Over 3 years of experience in FP&A, staffing finance, or a related analytical position.

• Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling techniques.

• Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting placement and margin data and presenting findings to leadership.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to convey financial information to non-financial audiences clearly.

• Ability to function independently as an individual contributor, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines without team support.

• Experience in locum tenens, staffing, or healthcare services is preferred.

• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is preferred; knowledge of Ringo is a plus.

• Proficient in AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, with a background in automating recurring workflows and analyses preferred.

• Advanced skills in model building.

• Proficient in Excel, with additional proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.

• Experience with financial and accounting reporting systems.

• Experience with VMS platforms (Ringo) is a plus.
