Senior AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Utilize data to address business challenges across multiple EcoVadis divisions

• Conceptualize, develop, implement, and sustain scalable AI/ML systems

• Create AI/ML pipelines using best practices in MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps

• Establish AI/ML engineering infrastructure and systems to manage both batch and real-time pipelines

• Conduct large-scale experiments and tests to guarantee the quality and efficiency of ML and data pipelines

• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to make AI/ML models accessible to end-users and subsequent processes

• Employ Python, MLflow, Azure technologies, and Databricks to provide comprehensive solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field

• Professional experience in designing and implementing production-grade AI/ML systems integrated with business applications

• Proven experience with model monitoring at scale

• Proficient programming skills in Python and relevant ML libraries

• Extensive knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle principles along with MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps tools

• Familiarity with MLflow, LangChain, VectorDBs, and evaluation frameworks

• Experience with cloud technologies, ideally Azure and its ecosystem, including Azure Foundry, Azure Bicep, AzureML, and Azure Cloud Storage

• Proficient in Databricks

• Awareness of software engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle

• Understanding of agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, version control, build processes, testing, and operations

• Experience with REST APIs for serving ML models

• Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases

• Proven ability to collaborate across functions on AI/ML products and services

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and analytical abilities

• Candidates must have the right to work and reside in Poland

• CV must be submitted in English

• Contribution to open-source libraries is an advantage
