Senior AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Develop AI agents, advanced CRM functionalities, AI-powered sales assistants, customer intelligence platforms, automated workflows, RAG systems, AI copilots, multi-agent solutions, and applications driven by LLM technology.

• Create cutting-edge AI experiences within Salesforce utilizing Agentforce, Einstein, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, APIs, and external LLM integrations.

• Design and implement AI-native features for our proprietary CRM system, including sales intelligence, account research, lead analysis, customer insights, sales agents, and intelligent recommendations.

• Build comprehensive solutions across technologies such as React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.js, Python, Node.js, FastAPI, REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.

• Collaborate directly with customers, prospects, and senior stakeholders through discovery sessions, technical workshops, AI strategy discussions, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, roadmaps, and implementation phases.

• Partner with the Business Development team to craft industry-specific technical demonstrations addressing customer challenges.

• Collaborate with R&D and Services teams to integrate AI technologies, establish engineering standards, train developers and consultants, create reusable components and internal frameworks, identify automation possibilities, and lead AI workshops.

• Produce product demonstrations, AI demo videos, technical walkthroughs, customer presentations, internal training videos, LinkedIn/video content, technical articles, and architecture demonstrations.

• Quickly prototype, prioritize tasks, make informed decisions, iterate based on feedback, and transition ideas into demonstrations under pressing deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture.

• Proficient in full-stack development.

• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.

• Solid experience with Python and/or Node.js.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein.

• Practical experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic Claude.

• Background in developing LLM-powered applications.

• Knowledge of AI agents and RAG systems.

• Strong experience with APIs and integration processes.

• Cloud computing experience.

• Experience in enterprise architecture.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in direct customer engagement.

• Ability to work independently, rapidly prototype, prioritize, and make swift decisions.

• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn about rapidly evolving AI technologies.
