Senior AI Engineer, Python, LangGraph, LangChain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and improve AI agents and orchestration functionalities utilizing Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.

• Create and enhance AI-driven guided workflows within the platform.

• Contribute to conversational AI and chat-based interactions.

• Implement capabilities for agent planning, orchestration, tool invocation, and response synthesis.

• Integrate AI agents with enterprise backend systems and services.

• Support integration patterns utilizing MCP and A2A communication.

• Collaborate with engineers and subject-matter experts on core platform development and relevant business use cases.

• Address technical challenges, enhance solution reliability, and continuously improve AI functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in Python programming and application development.

• Practical knowledge of LangGraph, including building agent workflows, stateful orchestration, and AI-driven execution flows.

• Experience in developing LLM-powered applications with LangChain, encompassing the integration of tools and external services.

• Strong understanding of agentic AI, including AI agents, planning, orchestration, and tool-calling methodologies.

• Experience in integrating applications with backend services and enterprise systems via APIs.

• Familiarity with Arize or similar AI observability and telemetry solutions.

• Practical experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication (preferred).

• Experience in developing conversational AI or chat-based applications in a production environment (preferred).

• Experience working on a centralized AI platform that serves various business use cases (preferred).
