Senior AI Engineer, Python, LangGraph, LangChain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and improve AI agents and orchestration capabilities utilizing Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.

• Create and enhance AI-driven guided workflows within the platform.

• Contribute to conversational AI and chat-based user experiences.

• Implement functionalities for agent planning, orchestration, tool invocation, and response synthesis.

• Integrate AI agents with enterprise backend systems and services.

• Support integration methodologies using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.

• Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to expedite platform development and delivery of business use cases.

• Diagnose technical challenges, enhance solution reliability, and continually improve AI capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient hands-on experience in Python programming and application development.

• Practical experience with LangGraph, focusing on agent workflows, stateful orchestration, and AI-driven execution flows.

• Experience in developing LLM-powered applications with LangChain, including the integration of tools and external services.

• Strong understanding of agentic AI, encompassing AI agents, planning, orchestration, and tool-calling patterns.

• Proven experience integrating applications with backend services and enterprise systems via APIs.

• Familiarity with Arize or similar AI observability and telemetry platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication is a plus.

• Experience in building conversational AI or chat-based solutions in a production environment is a plus.

• Experience working on a centralized AI platform that serves various business use cases is a plus.
