Senior AI Engineer – Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

• Design and implement cutting-edge AI-driven solutions that create significant business value.

• Convert nascent ideas into production-ready applications for teams within a global organization.

• Architect and construct intelligence and integration layers that link autonomous AI agents with enterprise systems and infrastructure.

• Turn unclear business problems into scalable, high-performance AI features, applications, and independent tools.

• Design and establish AI memory architectures and vector storage solutions such as Pinecone and Pgvector.

• Ensure compliance of AI memory solutions with data retention, privacy, and deletion regulations.

• Create data pipelines and entity-resolution logic that integrates CRM, ERP, CPQ, and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and BigQuery.

• Work with business units to pinpoint and prioritize high-value AI use cases.

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the development and implementation phases to enhance end-user adoption.

• Collect deployment insights regarding model performance, limitations, and areas for improvement.

• Develop continuous EvalOps pipelines to assess hallucination, prompt injection, data leakage, and regression testing.

• Establish safety measures for AI systems.

• Enhance response latency and operational expenses through semantic caching, intelligent model routing, and inference optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong expertise in backend development, distributed systems, asynchronous programming, API design, microservices, and database management.

• 2+ years of experience with production AI/LLM.

• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows in production settings.

• 3+ years of data engineering and ETL experience.

• Proven experience in building data pipelines and integrating CRM, ERP, CPQ, or marketing platforms.

• Knowledge in data transformation, entity resolution, schema design, and data quality assurance.

• 3+ years of experience in Python or equivalent backend development.

• 1–2+ years of experience with vector databases and AI memory solutions, including Pinecone, Pgvector, or similar technologies.

• 1–2+ years of experience with AI frameworks and orchestration tools, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.

• 1+ year of experience in AI evaluation and safety practices.

• Familiarity with techniques for hallucination detection, prompt injection mitigation, data leakage prevention, and model safety measures.

• 1+ year of experience in optimizing AI performance.

• Experience with semantic caching, intelligent model routing, inference cost reduction, and latency optimization.

• 2+ years of cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• 2+ years of experience in stakeholder-facing technical delivery.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with business and engineering teams to define requirements, develop solutions, and support production adoption.
