Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop multi-agent systems

• Create and enhance prompt engineering methodologies, including assessment and refinement

• Integrate LLMs and AI models into cloud-based applications and APIs

• Execute agent-based workflows and AI automation solutions

• Continuously investigate, assess, and implement new AI tools, models, and frameworks

• Engage in projects that range from rapid prototyping to full-scale production deployments

• Collaborate closely with clients by merging technical expertise with business acumen

• Provide tangible business value through contemporary AI-driven solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with Python for AI application development

• Strong background in agent frameworks and multi-agent systems

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks utilized in agentic workflows

• Experience in designing and implementing knowledge bases, RAG architectures, and working with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate)

• Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, open-source models)

• Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and ethical AI practices

• Proficiency in speaking and writing in English

• Understanding of the evaluation of LLMs and agentic workflows

• Experience in integrating AI systems with APIs, backend services, and enterprise solutions

• Strong grasp of the role of traditional ML in developing intelligent systems

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and clients
