Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, design, and engineer AI capabilities on Jitterbit’s platform.

• Construct robust and scalable AI systems that operate seamlessly 24/7/365.

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, operations, and cross-functional teams.

• Define, design, and launch new features.

• Mentor and assist other engineers and developers in their professional growth.

• Efficiently integrate systems and build applications.

• Utilize data-driven decision-making and a best-idea-wins philosophy.

• Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI and cloud computing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in developing large-scale cloud-based distributed applications.

• Strong background in creating multi-tenant SaaS applications.

• Proficient in AI technologies, including LLM models, RAG, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.

• Capable of designing and developing scalable and robust AI-driven applications.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience with microservices and cloud-based architecture/design patterns.

• Proven proficiency in English at the C1 level.

• Extensive experience in Python and Java.

• Proficient with NLP libraries and tools such as spaCy, NLTK, and Hugging Face Transformers.

• Skilled in model deployment frameworks like TensorFlow Serving, MLflow, and Kubernetes-based deployments.

• Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing solutions.

• Expertise in top-tier datastores including MongoDB, AWS DocumentDB, SQL Server, and MySQL.

• Proficient in Linux.

• Familiar with Apache Tomcat, Nginx, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CircleCI.

• Understanding of container orchestration tools and concepts.

• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud and distributed applications.

• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.

• Ability to thrive in a distributed, remote team environment.

• Self-motivated to work on key initiatives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
