Fullstack Engineer – AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of features throughout their entire lifecycle, from architecture and design to implementation and troubleshooting in production.

• Develop and sustain the NestJS/TypeScript API, PostgreSQL database, Redis, queue-driven background tasks, Kafka, and gRPC device integrations.

• Create the Angular dashboard and React desktop frontend.

• Collaborate with the Rust daemon and containerized Kubernetes infrastructure.

• Design agents and tools for the internal agent platform.

• Construct MCP integrations, context engineering, domain data retrieval, and evaluation systems.

• Enhance agent orchestration pipelines that encompass discovery, design, stories, and implementation, incorporating human approval checkpoints.

• Investigate the integration of AI within the Braiins Manager product.

• Work alongside a global, multidisciplinary team that operates fully remotely with a flat organizational structure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in TypeScript for both server-side and front-end development.

• Experience with Node.js and NestJS or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with modern SPA frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, including relational modeling and migrations.

• Practical experience in deploying LLMs, including tool/function calling, MCP, retrieval, agent orchestration, or evaluations.

• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and continuous integration.

• Comfortable working with asynchronous and distributed systems, including queues, at-least-once delivery, idempotent handlers, retries, backpressure, microservices, observability, and large-scale time-series or telemetry data.

• Understanding of REST and gRPC protocols.

• Experience with unit and integration testing.

• Ability to debug stack traces, slow query plans, and metrics dashboards.

• Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures.

• Proficient in English communication.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

• Kubernetes experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience in Rust, Python, front-end development, and Bitcoin or cryptocurrency is considered a bonus but not essential.
