This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Engage in the design, assessment, and implementation of Cohere’s AI-driven agents and applications.

• Develop data and retrieval architectures that provide AI agents with the appropriate context from various healthcare sources.

• Design, review, and take ownership of high-quality agentic code, leading software releases, production deployments, and providing on-call support.

• Collaborate closely with ML/DS teams, product teams, and architects to comprehend requirements and guarantee systems fulfill business objectives.

• Ensure that agentic components adhere to healthcare security and privacy regulations, including HIPAA, while following industry security best practices.

• Contribute to sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives, enhancing engineering efficiency and velocity while aligning with product goals and business priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the software development lifecycle, with proven experience working with well-known agent frameworks and language models.

• Proficient in one or more contemporary programming languages for software development.

• Familiarity with any cloud platform, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

• Knowledgeable in AI architectures, Multi-agent systems, RAG, and Evaluation frameworks.

• Proven experience in shaping engineering standards, frameworks, or libraries utilized across multiple teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
