Senior AI Engineer – AI Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and scale AI agents, ensuring their scalability, security, governance, and observability.

• Create components and functionalities for the enterprise Generative AI platform.

• Architect intelligent workflows and design agent frameworks based on large language models (LLMs).

• Formulate strategies for prompting, evaluation, and optimization of agents tailored to various use cases.

• Connect agents and applications with APIs, internal systems, and enterprise tools.

• Oversee proofs of concept, pilot programs, and the implementation of AI initiatives into production.

• Discover opportunities to automate and enhance processes using Generative AI technologies.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams to promote AI adoption and drive value creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing AI agents and applications based on large language models (LLMs).

• Familiarity with agent frameworks and ecosystems such as ADK, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, and similar technologies.

• Proficiency in the Google Cloud ecosystem, encompassing Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, and related services.

• Understanding of Generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), model assessment, prompt engineering, memory, tools, and agent orchestration.

• Experience in integrating APIs, events, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Knowledge of software engineering principles applied to the development of AI solutions.

• Familiarity with LLMOps, AgentOps, and best practices for observability and governance in AI applications.

• Capability to engage throughout the entire lifecycle, from experimentation to production operations.
