Automation and AI Developer, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and oversee intelligent automation solutions that integrate RPA, AI, Machine Learning, and Process Mining.

• Connect automations with BPM platforms, process orchestration, and data analytics.

• Track automation KPIs to guarantee a positive ROI, enhanced performance, and adherence to security and regulatory standards.

• Uphold automation governance and version control practices, ensuring scalability and effective maintenance.

• Work in collaboration with business and IT teams to identify requirements and prioritize automation projects.

• Confirm automations through unit and integration testing in partnership with the business team.

• Lead initiatives with partners to deploy Artificial Intelligence and Automation solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in automation and/or process enhancement, including participation in the development, implementation, testing, or support of intelligent automation solutions.

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.

• Familiarity with or practical experience using tools for automation, development, and data analytics, including Python, Java, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and Lecom.
