Senior AI Engineer, Agentic AI/AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design and construct production-grade autonomous AI agents along with multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

• Create reusable agent patterns and establish technical standards across various engineering teams.

• Integrate large language models (LLMs) with APIs, databases, proprietary tools, and enterprise systems.

• Develop reliable workflows for tool-calling and structured outputs.

• Design and refine strategies for prompts, context management, memory, and agent state.

• Construct stable, long-lasting agent workflows that incorporate suitable error handling and recovery mechanisms.

• Establish monitoring, logging, tracing, and evaluation frameworks to assess agent behavior and model outputs.

• Assist in deploying AI systems on public cloud infrastructure, mainly AWS.

• Utilize MLOps/AIOps practices encompassing versioning, testing, monitoring, and evaluation.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, data, cloud, and business teams to provide secure and scalable AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in software, data, or AI engineering.

• Strong practical development experience with Python.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and integrating LLM-powered or agentic AI applications.

• Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.

• Extensive experience with enterprise AI integration patterns, including MCP, A2A, structured outputs, tool calling, or skills-based architectures.

• Professional background in designing and deploying AI solutions on public cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

• Experience with MLOps/AIOps practices, including versioning, testing, monitoring, and evaluations.

• Fluent in professional English.
