Lead AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Directly engage with client stakeholders to gather and document business process requirements.

• Convert workflows into technical designs, backlog items, and deliverables.

• Evaluate solution feasibility and viability in relation to business needs, budgets, and technical limitations.

• Provide technical leadership across programs and projects, coordinating outputs among delivery teams.

• Participate in hands-on software development utilizing .NET, C#, Azure, React, and related technologies.

• Implement AI functionalities using LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and associated frameworks.

• Mentor and assist developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and technical prioritization initiatives.

• Supervise code reviews, unit testing, and QA processes to uphold delivery quality.

• Facilitate cloud-first delivery utilizing Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET.

• Proven experience in both product development and client-facing delivery roles.

• Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements and translate them into feasible solutions.

• Strong expertise in delivering Azure-based and Generative AI-enabled solutions.

• Experience in mentoring or supporting developers within delivery teams.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Professional certifications in Azure, .NET, or Project Management.

• Legal eligibility to work in the UK.
