This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and manage Copilot Studio agents, which encompass topics, actions, tools, orchestration, connectors, and knowledge grounding, all integrated with enterprise data sources, Microsoft 365, and line-of-business applications.
• Execute retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns utilizing enterprise content from SharePoint, Dataverse, and other MBI systems.
• Create and implement generative AI solutions on Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI, focusing on model selection, prompt engineering, and systematic evaluation of outputs.
• Construct and utilize Azure AI and Azure OpenAI APIs in Python to enhance Copilot Studio agents and tailored applications.
• Develop complementary Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for AI-driven use cases.
• Enforce responsible AI methodologies, which include input validation, defenses against prompt injection, and establishing security guardrails.
• Collaborate with Data & AI teams to ensure alignment of solutions with the overarching GenAI and Azure AI strategies.
• Assist in proof-of-concepts, pilot projects, MVPs, and full-scale deployments; document architectural frameworks and manage solution assets within source control.
• Offer technical expertise, training, and support to makers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Advocate for source control discipline, automated build and release pipelines, and standards for solution performance and maintainability.
• Monitor utilization and effectiveness of deployed agents and AI solutions, driving ongoing enhancements.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 7 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies, specifically in hands-on application development.
• Proven experience in building and deploying Copilot Studio agents within an enterprise setting.
• Extensive experience in developing solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Proficient in Python for the development, integration, and automation of AI solutions and services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of source control and modern deployment methodologies, including Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG patterns, grounding, and the evaluation of generative AI outputs.
• Experience in integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party APIs.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry model catalog, Azure Fabric (including Databricks), or enterprise GenAI platforms.
• Knowledge in Power Platform extensibility, including custom connectors, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.
• Background in supporting large-scale citizen developer or maker initiatives.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure AI Engineer Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate, or similar).
• Awareness of responsible AI frameworks, AI governance standards, or AI security practices.
