Senior AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop applications powered by AI utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Construct Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge resources

• Develop Agentic AI applications that feature autonomous planning, reasoning, and tool utilization

• Design and execute multi-agent orchestration frameworks that enable collaboration among various AI agents to perform intricate workflows

• Deploy and manage AI solutions through Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure App Service

• Develop APIs and backend services utilizing Python

• Work closely with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions that are ready for production

• Engage in architecture discussions and contribute to the establishment of AI best practices and technical standards

• Duration: 6 months or longer

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior AI Developer with over 8 years of experience

• Strong expertise in Python programming

• Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI solutions

• Experience in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and Multi-Agent Systems

• Proficient with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure Key Vault

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and/or CrewAI

• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding-based search solutions

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps

• Experience in developing REST APIs and backend services using Python

• US citizenship is required

• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher

• Nice to have: experience in enterprise AI projects

• Nice to have: understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks

• Nice to have: experience with monitoring, observability, and AI
