Senior AI Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Edit text datasets utilized for training conversational AI.

• Develop new text datasets from the ground up.

• Test new versions of bots and assess their responses.

• Provide clear and constructive feedback on bot errors.

• Label and annotate data to aid in model training.

• Generate additional creative content as required.

• Edit and produce approximately 100 content units per hour while ensuring quality standards are upheld.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Data Annotator, AI Trainer, Editor, Copywriter, or Writer (including erotic fiction and interactive stories).

• Proficient writing and editing skills.

• Required experience in the adult industry (such as OFM, cam platforms, and erotic content).

• Practical experience with bots and LLMs (including dataset creation, testing, response evaluation, and prompting).

• Proficiency in English at C1 level or above.

• In-depth understanding of the adult audience, including aspects of chat, flirting, escalation, and retention.

• Experience in editing data, constructing training datasets, and labeling them appropriately.

• Capability to develop guidelines for style, tone, explicitness, and quality criteria.

• Ability to identify bot issues from testing results and suggest solutions.

• Comfort with explicit content.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in labeling and testing processes.

• Empathy and insight into user psychology.

• Capability to manage lengthy, repetitive tasks while ensuring quality is maintained.

• Proficiency in providing clear and precise feedback regarding bot errors.

• Knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
