Senior AI Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain automations powered by LLM for support workflows.

• Integrate LLM models and external services utilizing REST APIs.

• Design, test, and enhance prompts; assess model outputs for quality and dependability.

• Construct lightweight internal tools and user interface components with HTML and CSS.

• Oversee, troubleshoot, and optimize automations operating in production.

• Take ownership of AI-driven automations supporting workflows that involve Zendesk, Twilio, Outlook, Gmail, in-house admin panels, and product APIs.

• Collaborate asynchronously across different time zones and deliver results in a transparent, distributed team environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software or automation engineering.

• Practical experience with LLM models like OpenAI or Anthropic and prompt engineering.

• Strong background in working with REST APIs.

• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Proficient programming skills in languages such as Python or JavaScript.

• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous setting.

• Comfortable with taking ownership, maintaining transparency, and adopting a results-oriented mindset.

• Must be located within a ±4 hour range of the Central European Time (CET) zone.

• Experience in frontend development with frameworks like React, Vue, or similar is a plus.
