This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Design and implement production-ready AI systems tailored for enhancing customer experience.
• Create scalable architectures for RAG and enterprise knowledge management.
• Develop frameworks for AI evaluation and observability.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences utilizing real-time customer data and interaction history.
• Optimize enterprise AI infrastructures for scalability, latency, throughput, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead strategic presales initiatives through technical discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, sandbox trials, integration guidance, and value assessments.
• Create and validate AI prototypes to ensure readiness for production pilots.
• Showcase Genesys Cloud AI capabilities and interoperability methods, including MCP and A2A.
• Generate reusable technical resources, workshops, coaching, and enablement materials.
• Convert customer requirements and field feedback into actionable insights for Product Management and Engineering.
• Collaborate with sales, account teams, customers, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Influence key stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and senior technical leaders.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in designing and architecting enterprise AI solutions.
• Practical experience with traditional machine learning, NLU and NLP, retrieval-based systems, LLMs, orchestration patterns, tooling, and agentic AI methodologies.
• Possess architectural judgment regarding model selection, latency, cost, explainability, governance, multilingual requirements, security, scalability, and business risk.
• In-depth expertise in integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms, knowledge sources, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, identity systems, and cloud ecosystems.
• Experience in designing real-time enterprise solutions that consider voice and digital latency, throughput, secure data access, reliability, fallback mechanisms, failure management, and scalability.
• Proficient in defining AI evaluation, governance, and observability strategies.
• Hands-on experience with prompt design, context management, RAG, and AI workflow optimization.
• Ability to create and present technical demonstrations, prototypes, and presentations effectively.
• Proven success in partnering with sales teams for technical discovery and AI-focused solution design.
• Strong executive communication skills, storytelling ability, and professional presence.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Genesys Cloud and Genesys AI capabilities.
• Preferred: Experience in designing AI solutions for customer experience orchestration, contact centers, self-service, agent support, journey management, or back-office automation.
• Preferred: Experience in developing reusable technical resources and enablement strategies.
