Senior Agentic AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient autonomous AI systems and multi-agent decision engines.

• Engineer and sustain high-throughput vector retrieval pipelines for RAG and semantic search.

• Create real-time AI evaluation and observability pipelines to assess model health, latency, drift, and bias.

• Develop interactive AI user interfaces utilizing Streamlit, Chainlit, and React concepts.

• Integrate safety guardrails, MCP integrations, structured function calling, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Establish foundational AI engineering patterns.

• Mentor junior and mid-level software engineers.

• Collaborate across MLOps, cloud, and product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience.

• 2–3 years specifically focused on architecting and deploying production AI/ML systems and agentic workflows.

• Expert-level proficiency in Python.

• Expertise in multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and n8n.

• Proficiency with vector databases including Pinecone and Weaviate.

• Experience with tool-calling paradigms.

• Practical experience in evaluating and monitoring LLMs using LangSmith, AgentOps, or Langtrace.

• Familiarity with MLOps frameworks like MLflow and Kubeflow.

• Knowledge of multi-cloud environments including AWS, GCP, and Azure.

• Proven ability to build AI frontends using Streamlit or Chainlit.

• Strong foundational understanding of modern React concepts.

• High accountability, strategic problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

• Advanced fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
