Senior Agentic AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance autonomous agentic workflows and multi-agent systems utilizing LangGraph, CrewAI, or the Agent Development Kit (ADK).

• Take ownership of cloud deployment and security architecture for LLM-powered applications on AWS, leveraging Amazon Bedrock and scalable microservices.

• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, data sources, and deterministic tools using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and workflow platforms such as n8n.

• Construct high-performance RAG pipelines and vector database integrations through Pinecone or Weaviate for contextual retrieval and reranking.

• Execute comprehensive evaluations, implement guardrails, and enforce security measures, including task-success metrics, hallucination checks, and prompt-injection protection.

• Lead system observability efforts using LangSmith, Langtrace, or AgentOps.

• Provide mentorship to engineering PODs in Python and AI development best practices.

• Convert business requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable agentic solutions on AWS.

• Direct nearshore development teams throughout the production AI deployment lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• 2–3 years specifically focused on LLM application engineering and agentic AI systems.

• Proficient in advanced Python programming.

• Experience with AWS and Amazon Bedrock.

• Familiarity with LangGraph and CrewAI.

• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.

• Understanding of RAG architecture.

• Experience with MCP integration.

• Practical knowledge of LangSmith, Langtrace, or AgentOps.

• Background in evaluation frameworks for LLM groundedness and accuracy.

• Strong ownership mentality and capability for technical leadership.

• Ability to mentor developers and convey complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in advanced English, both written and spoken, is essential.
