Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager – Full Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Cultivate, maintain, and expand partnerships with affiliates.

• Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates.

• Manage the onboarding and integration process for new affiliates.

• Track affiliate traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).

• Evaluate affiliate performance, enhance campaigns, and pinpoint scaling possibilities.

• Conduct research to identify and recruit new affiliates and business partners.

• Resolve affiliate-related issues promptly and effectively.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop customized affiliate funnels and optimize conversion rates.

• Assess and refine affiliate communication and management processes.

• Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.

• Expertise in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.

• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, media buying, and paid social advertising.

• Advanced skills in tools such as Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems.

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Capability to enhance processes for improved performance efficiency and ROI.

• Fluent in English.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Goal-driven, with a sense of ownership and dedication.

• Ability to balance execution, planning, and strategic thinking in a dynamic environment.

• Eagerness to learn and a willingness to accept feedback.

• Flexibility to adapt when priorities shift.

• Comfort in promoting products based on unrestricted models and content.

• Experience with postback server-to-server setup, ad servers, or intricate affiliate tracking systems is a plus.

• Background in managing affiliate disputes, tracking challenges, fraud, or volume declines is advantageous.

• Experience in scaling affiliate programs from mid-sized to enterprise levels is beneficial.

• Knowledge of funnel optimization and A/B testing is an asset.

• Familiarity with subscription-based business models is a plus.

• Awareness of fraud prevention techniques is an advantage.
