Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and implement the strategy, operating plan, forecast, and performance for the affiliate marketing channel.

• Identify, evaluate, and establish direct partnerships with affiliates, including content creators, comparison platforms, communities, and affiliate networks.

• Develop segmentation, outreach, onboarding, and activation processes to transition partners from prospects to active participants.

• Structure and negotiate various deal types including CPA, CPL, fixed-fee, and hybrid agreements.

• Define and enhance the conversion funnel from initial click and sign-up through to funded investors, first 30-day deposits, repeat deposits, and the retained value over 30/60/90 days.

• Manage and enhance Target Circle/Circlewise functionalities.

• Generate reporting at the partner and cohort level that includes acquisition costs, deposit revenue value, retention metrics, and net deposits.

• Experiment with placements, content, landing pages, incentives, creative elements, and localized messaging alongside Brand, CRM, Product, and Design teams.

• Adhere to country-specific financial promotion regulations and execute necessary approval workflows, disclosures, content monitoring, and documentation in collaboration with Legal and Compliance.

• Oversee and expand affiliate partnerships that bring new investors to Bondora's Go & Grow platform.

• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, Brand, CRM, Legal, and Compliance teams to enhance the user journey from the first click to achieving long-term investor value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in at least one partner management platform such as Target Circle/Circlewise, Impact, Awin, Partnerize, or CJ.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience working with BI dashboards.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools for data analysis, partner research and evaluation, as well as content and compliance reviews.

• Strong discernment regarding the necessity of human verification.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in German is advantageous.
