Senior Affiliate Manager, Full Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Manage, nurture, and expand relationships with affiliates

• Ensure affiliates are consistently informed and supported

• Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates and guarantee seamless program integration

• Monitor affiliate performance and produce reports on traffic, conversion, and ROI

• Analyze affiliate outcomes, identify areas for improvement, optimize campaigns, and discover scaling opportunities

• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners

• Resolve affiliate-related issues and provide prompt solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized affiliate funnels and enhance conversion rates

• Review and enhance affiliate communication and management procedures

• Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing and management

• Expertise in affiliate marketing platforms and networks

• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills

• In-depth understanding of digital marketing tactics and strategies, including SEO, media buying, and paid social

• Advanced proficiency with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting tools

• Exceptional Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting

• Capability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI

• Fluency in English

• Comfort in advertising products based on uncensored models and content

• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems such as postback S2S setup and ad servers

• Background in handling affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume declines

• Experience in scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level

• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing

• Experience with subscription-based business models

• Familiarity with fraud prevention strategies

• Willingness and ability to operate under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence
