Senior Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Manage, nurture, and enhance affiliate partnerships, ensuring affiliates receive ongoing support and information.

• Supervise the onboarding and integration process for new affiliates.

• Track affiliate performance and provide reports on traffic, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).

• Analyze campaign outcomes, optimize strategies, and pinpoint opportunities for growth.

• Conduct research to identify and recruit new affiliates and business partners.

• Resolve affiliate-related issues promptly and provide effective solutions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop customized affiliate funnels that maximize conversion rates.

• Evaluate and enhance affiliate communication and management procedures.

• Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.

• Expertise in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies across SEO, media buying, paid social, and various channels.

• Advanced proficiency with tools such as Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems.

• Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting purposes.

• Capability to enhance processes for improved performance efficiency and ROI.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Fluent in English.

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and dedication.

• Capacity to balance execution, planning, and strategy within a dynamic environment.

• Adaptability and openness to constructive feedback.

• Comfort with advertising products that may involve uncensored models and content (#NSFW).

• Experience with intricate affiliate tracking systems, including postback S2S setups and ad servers.

• Proven background in managing affiliate disputes, tracking challenges, fraud, and volume declines.

• Experience in scaling affiliate programs from a mid-size to an enterprise level.

• Knowledge of funnel optimization and A/B testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with subscription-based business models.

• Understanding of fraud prevention techniques.

• Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contractual agreement in the country of residence.

• Legal authorization to work in the current country of residence.
