Senior Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Manage, nurture, and expand relationships with affiliates.

• Ensure affiliates are consistently informed and receive adequate support.

• Supervise the onboarding and integration process for new affiliates into the affiliate program.

• Track affiliate performance and produce reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.

• Evaluate affiliate outcomes, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities for scaling.

• Conduct research and recruit new affiliates and business partners.

• Resolve affiliate-related issues promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized affiliate funnels and enhance conversion rates.

• Continuously assess and enhance affiliate communication and management procedures.

• Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.

• Expertise in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.

• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to make data-driven decisions.

• Advanced understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, media buying, and paid social channels.

• Proficient with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting tools.

• Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Capability to optimize processes for improved performance and ROI.

• Fluent in English.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and commitment.

• Action-oriented mindset that balances execution, planning, and strategy.

• Humble, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.

• Adaptable and able to quickly shift priorities.

• Comfortable promoting products based on uncensored models and content.

• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems, including postback S2S setup and ad servers.

• Proven experience managing affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume declines.

• Prior experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-sized to enterprise level.

• Knowledgeable in funnel optimization techniques and A/B testing.

• Experienced with subscription-based business models.

• Familiar with fraud prevention strategies.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of residence.

• Willingness and capacity to operate under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence.
