Senior Advisory Solution Consultant – Moveworks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in Moveworks Solution Sales

• Direct revenue generation for a specific product in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team

• Create, position, and deliver product-specific solutions throughout sales cycles

• Serve as a technical and domain expert to support product sales for a client-facing sales team

• Facilitate discovery workshops to identify customer challenges

• Conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements

• Cultivate relationships with client partners

• Lead strategic initiatives in key accounts, including sessions on customer journeys for roadmap and outcome agreements

• Offer product enhancement insights to the product management team

• Exchange and acquire best practices and reusable resources with fellow Solution Consultants

• Keep up-to-date with competitive analysis and market differentiation knowledge

• Assist in marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in implementing or thoughtfully considering how to incorporate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs

• Experience with scripting or coding is advantageous

• Familiarity with RPA, iPaaS, and low-code/no-code tools is a plus

• Over 10 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience

• Expertise with the ServiceNow platform or technical knowledge of cloud software solutions

• Experience collaborating effectively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services

• Skills in territory management, including pipeline development and collaboration with Sales counterparts to ensure execution excellence

• Willingness to travel as needed
