Senior Advisory Solution Consultant – Identity Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with enterprise clients, CISOs, security architects, and identity leaders to grasp security challenges, business objectives, and transformation initiatives.

• Convert intricate security requirements into strategic solutions and measurable business results.

• Spearhead technical explorations, architectural discussions, executive workshops, and strategic solution engagements.

• Offer technical proficiency across Identity Security, IGA, IAM, and security operations.

• Assist customers in realizing the benefits of ServiceNow's security offerings, including Veza and Armis.

• Design solutions for identity visibility, access intelligence, least-privilege enforcement, cyber exposure, and security risk mitigation.

• Counsel clients on identity and security challenges related to AI agents, non-human identities, and autonomous systems.

• Investigate AI agent discovery, identity lifecycle management, permissions, governance, and access control.

• Aid in establishing security and governance frameworks for AI integration.

• Work alongside account teams, solution consulting leadership, product management, and engineering on complex enterprise opportunities.

• Lead technical presentations, solution demonstrations, architecture workshops, and proof-of-value initiatives.

• Clearly communicate technical value and competitive positioning.

• Serve as the technical escalation point and subject matter expert for strategic customer engagements.

• Contribute reusable solution architectures, technical enablement, demonstrations, and field best practices.

• Mentor and empower field Solutions Consultants.

• Provide customer and market insights to product and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in identity security, focusing on IAM, IGA, and privileged access within enterprise cybersecurity.

• Comprehensive understanding of authentication, authorization, access governance, entitlement management, and least-privilege principles.

• Subject matter expertise in identity security architectures for large, intricate enterprises.

• Proficiency with identity platforms, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and modern security architectures.

• Awareness of security challenges involving AI agents, machine identities, and non-human access.

• Proven success in selling identity security solutions to large enterprises in a presales, solution consulting, security architecture, or technical advisory capacity.

• Experience in shaping and closing complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.

• Capability to advise CISOs, CIOs, identity teams, and enterprise architecture groups.

• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and solution demonstration abilities.

• Collaborative mindset across sales, engineering, product, and customer teams.

• Familiarity with Veza, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra, or similar platforms is beneficial.

• Knowledge of identity security posture management, identity threat detection, cyber asset visibility, and exposure management is a plus.

• Understanding of cloud-native environments, Zero Trust architectures, and modern enterprise security frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, scripting, or solution prototyping.

• Strong perspective on AI's influence on identity security and enterprise cybersecurity.

• Curiosity about emerging technologies and the ability to transform innovative ideas into practical customer solutions.
